‘Avoiding Dis-ease in the first place’

Introduction:

Avoiding Dis -ease is where we hope to give some insight into some of the tips that help you stay healthy in the first place, In addition to when you do need help some advice on getting the best help fast. Some things will be questions we just dont ask our doctor anymore, perhaps because we feel as if we should know the answer and feel silly, or you get so little time with your doctors appointment you dont have time and some are because you feel that you would like an alternative way.

Remember each tip we supply is just an opinnion and they may not be the answer you were looking for but what we will do is help you to acknowledge that all questions should be asked no matter how small because sometimes they make the diference between good health and dis-ease!

Many of our tips have been inspired by Claire Rayners book ’Everything your doctor would tell you if he had the time’ , an inspirational book from an inspirational lady and we hope to help keep her passion alive for educating people to take responsibility for their health. She told her relatives she wanted her last words to be:

“Tell David Cameron that if he screws up my beloved NHS I’ll come back and bloody haunt him.” We hope this helps….

Agony Aunt & NHS Campaigner Claire Rayner
