Smoothie #1

  • 100grams Sainsbury’s Frozen Fruit Salad
  • 100grams Cantaloupe Melon
  • 100grams Fresh Blueberries
  • 500cl Red Pomegranate Juice Tips

1) Sainsbury’s Frozen Fruit is perfect and always best value, use straight from the freezer.

2) Best to scoop out a portion of melon to eat and scoop out remainder down to the skin and freeze for smoothie use only, no wastage!

3) Using some non frozen fruit make the initial consistency better, if using frozen, defrost first.

4) Cover up to top of mixture in Jug, normally 500cl is about right.

  • 100 grams Canteloupe Melon
  • 3 peeled Kiwis
  • 1/2 inch of peeled fresh Ginger
  • Apple & Mango Juice
