Holistic Massage

Holistic Massage

Holistic massage treatment is a hands on healing technique.

Each treatment is tailored and targetted at an individual’s specific need, so someone who has several needs will have each of these treated in separate sessions. A standard session will last about an hour and fifteen minutes. Treatment could be a firm deep tissue massage directly addressing tense contracted muscles and areas of stress or it could be lighter and gentle, focusing on support and relaxation.

You may seek massage for stress, improved circulation, to relax and soothe the body, to reduce high blood pressure, improve muscle tone, ease muscle tension, aid joint mobility, boost the immune system, relieve headaches, eliminate toxins, improve respiratory problems, improve digestive function, aid sleep, increase body awareness, or for preventative health care.

Popular Therapies:

Cranial Osteopathy

Cranial osteopathy uses gentle manipulation to reduce stresses throughout the entire body. It is effective in treating a wide range of conditions, not just those of a physical nature, but also illness and emotional trauma.
