Life coaching provides help, support and guidance while you recreate your life in a more fulfilling and enjoyable style, having indentified what is missing and what is blocking your path. It focuses on the present, building bridges into the future. It is like psychotherapy without the stigma or the analysis.  It helps you look at your life from a positive space, establish what opportunities exist and how to make those opportunities a reality.  Sessions will help a patient come up with their own solutions to a problem and also learn skills so that they can coach themselves in the future.
