Tapping Therapy
Tapping therapy is used as a quick and effective way to eliminate feelings of anxiety, stress and even public speaking phobias. It was developed by an experienced and distinguished U.S Clinical Psychologist by the name of Roger Callahan. He spent many years discovering the best techniques and methods that have made it so fast and effective now.
It is based upon the principle that we all have an energy system and that when we have a traumatic experience it creates imbalances in the energy system. A tapping algorithm is used on the patient to correct the energy imbalance and remove the root source of the problem. The tapping sequence is performed on the meridian points around the head, top half of the body and the hands.
