Walking

Walking

One of the best forms of exercise for body, mind and soul is walking.

Walking clears the mind and allows you to take a step away from the hustle and bustle of life. Walking can diffuse an argument as it is much harder to argue when you are walking and can often clear your frustrated brain. Walking can give you an answer you have been looking for but couldn’t get and best of all it’s free. Everyone can walk no matter what your size or weight and the more often you do it, the fitter you get. If you start with just five minutes a day, before long you could be walking for an hour without noticing it.
