Like many people, I turned to complementary therapies when conventional medicine did not work as well for me as I hoped – and I was amazed at the difference just a couple of Bowen Technique treatments made, not only to my physical injuries, but also to my stress level and overall well-being. I am a member of the Bowen Association (UK), the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia, certified in the practice of Bowen Technique. I am also registered with the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners. I am fully insured, hold qualifications in anatomy and physiology and first aid, am bound to a professional code of conduct in my practice, and I am committed to a programme of continuing professional development.
