Sarah Strudwick, is a genuine soul with a big heart. When it comes to coaching there is nothing she’ll ask you to do that she hasn’t done herself. She’s lived a rich and varied life and so understands all people are different. Although she has the ability to not take her own life too seriously, she takes on the needs of others with deep empathy.
She does everything with a passion and that includes her work. Sarah has travelled all over the world and worked in many different fields before coming into the healing path and working in the UK life coaching when an a personal issue and ill health forced a whole life change on to her. She has been working on personal growth, self esteem and relationships issues since, which ultimate led to her unique style of coaching practice.
